A graduate in physics with an MBA and a Master’s degree in Global e-Management from ESADE, Artur has extensive experience in IT implementation in the banking sector, working mostly in international environments with a focus on customer interaction systems. His track record goes back more than 25 years and his experience includes working on projects related to online channels, branch operations and commercial management. Artur currently heads up the GFT Retail Banking unit.
