Innovation House: Bespoke Thinking For Banking & Financial Services

Our customers want to transform modern technologies quickly and easily into new mobile and smart experiences for their end-users. So, as part of our ongoing, open innovation strategy, we’ve created Innovation House, a technology-agnostic service, which dove-tails technology with creativity to ensure GFT’s clients keep several steps ahead of the competition.

So, we’ve partnered with Bax & Willems, who also have over 20 years’ experience in managing open innovation initiatives, to combine GFT’s extensive knowledge of the financial services sector with their dedication to helping clients bring new technologies and business ideas to market.

Already established in the Barcelona office, Innovation House is a series of open dialogue sessions aimed at developing a new, tailored set of cutting-edge creativity discussion tools for banking and financial services companies.

Through Innovation House, we can provide banks and financial services with the opportunity to work with thought leaders, inside and outside their companies and to brainstorm business opportunities, some of which may have slipped under the radar.

In the sessions, participants are taken through a structured creative process that helps discover new opportunities and work them into concrete business opportunities.

In our approach to open innovation, it’s the combination of technology skills, domain knowledge and facilitation experience which makes Innovation House such an effective experience for our clients.

Good Slide in there. Yet its debatable to put a process around innovation. Most of the time Innovations are not orchestrated, they are not process driven. We can just create a condusive atmosphere, encourage people and reward them. But it does not guarantee anything. So ROI on innovation is always a debatable one.
